聯邦技術工人(Federal Skilled Worker – FSW)

聯邦技術工人（FSW）是通過快速入境系統管理的3個聯邦項目之一，其主要目標是協助具有外國工作經驗的技術工人永久移民加拿大。

要符合資格，必須滿足下述所有最低要求

聯邦技術工人 (FSW) 計劃要求：

語言能力測試證明在所有四個類別(口語、聽力、閱讀、寫作)均達到 CLB 7 分。
加拿大中學或高等教育學位，或已完成的外國證書和教育證書評估(ECA)。
過去 10 年內在 TEER 0、1、2、3（以前為 NOC 0、A、 B）1 年連續一年全職（每週 30 小時或同等時間的 1560 個小時*）同一工作的帶薪工作經驗。
申請人及其隨行家屬的資金證明。
六個選擇因素的總分至少為 67 分（滿分 100 分）。

Final process before being approved for Permanent Residency:

After being selected from the Express Entry Pool and awarded with an Invitation to Apply (ITA), the candidate and their dependents will have to take part in two screenings, a medical examination to prove that neither the candidate nor their dependants are medically inadmissible and a background check/security clearance to prove that neither the candidate nor their dependants are criminally inadmissible.
