My Story

• Ka Chun Cheng (Christopher) is also a co-founder and partner at Luk & Cheng Law Professional Corporation;

• He is currently holding dual credentials, both as a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario (formerly known as the Law Society of Upper Canada), and as an Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

• He comes with years of experience in establishing, nurturing and operating successful businesses. Christopher has had several years of experience working in large prominent multi-discipline law firms where he was specifically assigned to handle various types of matters, including:  Immigration, Accident Benefits, Small Claims, Landlord and Tenant Disputes and Traffic Violations due to his exemplary abilities.

• He is well-versed in these matters and can provide you with cost-effective legal and immigration services. Over the years, Christopher has been working closely with other industrial specialists to assist individuals from various countries apply for student visas, work permits, and Canadian permanent residence via the skilled worker, provincial nominee or investor routes.
