Agri-Food Pilot
The Agri-Food Pilot helps address the labour needs of the Canadian agri-food sector.
The pilot provides a pathway to permanent residence for experienced, non-seasonal workers in specific industries and occupations. It will run until May 2023.
To be eligible, one must meet all the requirements mentioned below.
Agri-Food Immigration Pilot Program Requirements:

Job offer from a Canadian employer (outside Quebec) in one of the eligible occupations.

Job offers must be non-seasonal.

12 months of full-time non-seasonal Canadian work experience as TFW in the last 3 years (12+ months LMIA required) in one or more of the eligible occupations under one of the eligible industries.

High school diploma and ECA (if applicable)

Must prove settlement funds except if already working in Canada with a valid work permit.
